Viewing Authorization Request Details
When an Authorization Request Form is sent, a transaction will be placed in the PrescribeIT® Sent tab with a status of Waiting for Response. If the prescription was part of a split, a Split Rx indicator appears beside the prescription.
The Authorization Request Form is also placed in the History tab in the Patient's Profile. From here, you can view the details of the Authorization Request Form.
To view the Authorization Request details from the History tab in the Patient’s Profile:
- In the History tab, highlight the Authorization Request Form.

Select the Details button.
The Authorization Request Form window opens.
Note: The date and time the Authorization Request was sent is recorded. You can print this copy for reference but cannot resend it.
